Join us at Hadsham Farm this Summer!

Join us on the farm for pop-up summer screenings, with films for all ages. Tickets numbers are limited so these will be intimate, small-scale events. The screen however, is BIG!

In association with https://www.bizetbeeboard.xyz/
Plan A - good weather - the screen will be outside on the grass.
Plan B - poor weather - the screen will be inside one of the barns.

Our pop-up café will be open all day serving drinks and snacks including sweets, ice creams and popcorn!

Mornings — for the little ones

A couple of short Julian Donaldson / Magic Light films to kick things off. Arrive 9–9.30am for a 10.45am start. Bring a chair or blanket for the grass. Our sensory walk, maize maze and small playground will be open too, so little legs can burn off some steam beforehand. The show runs for about an hour, wrapping up around 11.45am — please vacate the site by 12 midday.

Afternoons — for the medium ones

A family classic on the big screen. Arrive from 1-1.30pm for a 3pm start. Bring a chair or blanket for the grass. Our sensory walk, maize maze and small playground will be open too, so little legs can burn off some steam beforehand. Running time is around an hour and a half, finishing at approximately 4.30pm — please vacate by 5pm.

Evenings — for the big ones (16+)

Enjoy a full-length classic feature under the stars. Gates open from 6pm, with the film starting at 8pm. The café bar will be serving cold beers, wine, bubbles, soft drinks and all your favourite cinema snacks. Explore the sensory walk and maize maze before the show if you wish. The film runs for approximately 2 hours, finishing around 10pm. Please make your way off site promptly once the screening has ended.

Fancy a drink? You're welcome to leave your car overnight — Royal Cars are our go-to local taxi firm. Cars are left at owners' own risk and must be collected by 10am the following day.

The Essentials

Weather — screenings go ahead rain or shine (we'll be in a barn if it's wet), unless a weather warning forces us to cancel. Pack for the great British summer, and bring a sense of humour.

Cancellations — as our first pop-up cinema at Hadsham Farm, we reserve the right to cancel if ticket sales fall short. Any cancellation on our part means a full refund.

Refunds — outside of the above, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Dogs — much as we love them, no dogs at this one.

Food & drink — You're very welcome to bring a picnic, but we'd love it if you could support our café, where you'll find a selection of drinks, snacks and treats available throughout the day and evening. Please note that alcohol may not be brought onto the premises and must be purchased from the café bar.

What to wear — Please be advised there is no heating and August evenings can turn chilly, so bring a blanket or warm layers. If rain is forecast, we'll be in a barn for the show - if you're out on the farm beforehand, waterproofs are advised.

Toilets — facilities are located beside the café barn a short walk from the screening area.

Accessibility — Accessible toilets are available and the site is mostly flat. Off-road pushchairs are advised for the sensory walk. If you have specific access requirements, please get in touch beforehand and we'll do our best to help.

Smoking - Strictly no smoking on the farm and surrounding areas.

Parking — Evening guests are welcome to leave cars overnight (at their own risk) and collect by 10am the following morning.
